Property Address.
Purchase Price.
Estimated Cost of Repairs.
Estimated After Repaired Value (ARV).
Area Comparables.
Any inspections of pictures/virtual tours.
A brief summary of the game plan and some options.
If purchasing, all properties are sold for cash or hard money only. Buyers are responsible to do their own due diligence and verify all information.
